Dresscode
- Please arrive properly attired in your Karate Gi (suit) and belt.
- The SKR badge is part of the uniform. They are available to purchase on grading day (cash only).
- If you are wearing a t-shirt under your Karate Gi, please ensure if it is visible that it is white.
- Younger members – please remove and store safely any rewards stickers from your Karate Gi.
- Please ensure all jewellery and watches are removed or taped over.
- Long hair should be tied back

Adult & Junior Grading
Registration Desk Opens: 9.15am
Start Time: 9.45 am
Adults & Juniors – You should arrive in time for a 9.45am start, the registration desk opens from 9.15am.

Please review the times carefully. If you have children attempting different grades they may be in different grading groups. Please do not hesitate to ask if you are unsure.
Adults & Juniors:
Group 1 – 11:30am
Group 2 – 11:50am
Group 3 – 12:10pm
Group 4 – 12:30pm
Group 5 – 1pm
Group 6 – 1:30pm
For clarification, the belts listed in the groups below are the level the student is attempting, not the colour they are currently wearing.

On the day
ARRIVAL
- Please arrive on time at the hall for registration.
- Please arrive properly attired in your Karate suit and belt.
- A grading marshal will escort registered students into the main hall.
- We kindly request that parents do not leave their children until they have been escorted into the hall.
DURING THE GRADING
Parents are welcome to remain in reception.
DEPARTURE
Please be waiting in reception to collect your child just before the estimated finish time. Please be reminded that these times are estimated and whilst we do our best to adhere to the timetable, sometimes groups can overrun.
Please bring
A bottle of water.
Brown belts and above should also bring their mitts and gum shields and a light snack.
Please ensure items that you bring with you are named.

Please complete the online form below to submit your registration for the Kyu Grading.

Sunday 26th November 2023
After you have submitted your form, you will receive a success message on your screen.
If you have further family members to register, please continue to add them individually.
Sensei Donna will then review your submission and send a separate email within 1-2 working days confirming your enrolment and detailing payment details. Please arrange payment promptly on receipt of this email.
Grading fees are listed below the registration form, along with a copy of the SKR syllabus.
